Google Sheets Events Reminder

The user creates a Google Sheet document, fills it with events, and the bot notifies the user about them one, three and seven days before each event. Also, at the beginning of each month, it sends a list of all events for that month. These notifications can be manually called with commands to check if everything is correct. Dates of the events can be one-time (full date) and repetitive (date without a year), like birthdays and holidays
